Greg completed his degree in South Bank University London, his MBA in University College Dublin and completed his advanced professional training in Pharmaceutical Engineering at the University of Manchester. Greg has 20 years experience in the construction industry and gained wide range of engineering experience in residential, commercial, retail, schools, prisons, healthcare, pharmaceutical, micro-electronics and data centres. Greg’s experience covers design, value engineering, construction managements, commissioning management, sustainable design, auditing and implementation. Before starting Ethos Engineering Greg was the Managing Director of a large multi-discipline engineering company where he managed approx. 320 staff with a turnover of $31m. While working with the Building Services Research & Information Association (BRSIA) in the UK where he researched and wrote guidance documents in collaboration with industry practitioners on value engineering, prefabrication, innovative M&E solutions, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services. He also has carried out expert witness roles. Greg compiled guidance information for Guide A of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Environmental Design guidance.
